BY-LAW NU~ER 2150/86
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 264/75
to establish the speed limit on Liverpool Road
between Bayly Street and Annland Street
WHEREAS By-law Number 264/75 allows Council to authorize the speed limits on highways
under the jurisdiction of the Town of Picketing; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Liverpool Road between
Bayly Street and Annland Street at 40 kilo~etres {25 miles) per hour;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE OORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule "B" of By-law Number 264/75 is hereby amended by adding the
following line:
Liverpool Road
Bayly Street
Annland Street
This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional Municipality of
Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this 17th day of
February, 1986.
