BY-LAW NO. 2145/86
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2144/86 (Interim
Control-Planning)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1083, c.1,
s.37, the Council of a local municipality may pass a by-]aw to provide for the interim
control of land uses where a review or study of land use planning policies has been
directed to be undertakent
NOW THEREFORE, THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 2144/86 is hereby amended by adding thereto Items
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and Notes as set out in Schedule 1 hereto.
Schedule B to By-law 2144/86 is hereby amended by adding thereto Maps
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 as set out in Schedule 2 hereto.
Schedules 1 and 2 hereto form part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of
February, 1986.
