BY-LAWNUMBER 2141/86
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 1899/84
to restrict the weight of vehicles passing over
certain bridges within the Town of Pickering.
Whereas Council enacted By-law 1899/84 on September 17, 1984 to restrict the weight of
vehicles passing over certain bridges within the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend that By-law to r~nove the weight load on the
bridge at Lot 30/31, Concession 9 on Sideline 30;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing hereby enacts as
follows:
Schedule "A" to By-law Number 1899/84 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
at Lot 30/31, Conc. 9
on Sideline 30
10 tonnes 10 tonnes 10 tonnes

This by-law shall not become effective until notice of the limit of weight per-
mitted in compliance with the regulations under the Highway Traffic Act has been
posted in a conspicuous place at each end of the bridge and until approved by the
Ministry of Transportation and Co~unications
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of
February, 1986.
