BY-LAW NO.2128 /86
Being a By-law to amend By-law 1364/81 respect-
ing prohibited turns.
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.117 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, on
September 21st, 1981, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enact-
ed By-law 1364/81 respecting prohibited turns, which By-law was subsequently
amended by By-laws 1512/82 and 1527/82 and which the Council wishes to amend
further;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Schedule A to By-law 1364/81 are hereby deleted
therefrom.
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by the
Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
January, 1986.
