BY-LAW NO. 2126/86
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1, 2, and 3, Plan
40M-1234, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, ]q83,
S.O. 1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-]aw provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O, 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots l, 2, and 3, Registered Plan 40M-1234, Picketing
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of
January, 1986.
