BY-LAW NO. 2125 /86
Being a By-law to exempt Lots ] and 33, Plan
40M-1352, Pickering from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter l, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide thai section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLO%VS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 1 and 33, Plan 40M-1352, Pickering
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
it¥ of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of
January, 1986.
