BY LAW NUMBER 3454/90
Being a by-law to appoint By-law
Enforcement Officers for the purpose
of enforcing By-law 2359/87 (Parking)
Whereas pursuant to the provisions of section 70 of the Police Act,
R.S.O. 1980, chapter 381, as amended, the council of any
municipality or the trustees of any police village may appoint one
or more municipal law enforcement officers who shall be peace.

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following persons are hereby appointed as Municipal Law
Enforcement Officers in and for the Town of Picketing in order
to ascertain whether the provisions of By-law 2359/87 are obeyed
and to enforce or carry into effect the said by-law:
Mr. Allan R. Evely
Mr. Einar Einarsson
2. The authority granted in section 1 hereto is specifically
limited to that set out in section l, and shall not be deemed,
at any time, to exceed the authority set out in section 1.
3. These appointments shall expire upon those persons set out in
section 1 ceasing to be an employee of the Town of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
17th day of April, 1990.
