BY-LAW NUMBER 3450/90
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3037, as amended, to
implement the Official Plan of the Town of Picketing District Planning Area,
Region of Durham in Part of Lot 3, Concession 6 (Part I and Part 2, t40R-12859), in
the Town of Pickering. (A 39/88)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing passed By-law 2623/87,
amending By-law 3037, to define the boundary of the Cluster of Kinsale to enable the
establishment of two new lots for single detached residential purposes;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corportation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to expand the boundary of the Cluster of Kinsale to enable the establishment of one
new lot for single detached residential purposes;
AND WHEREAS an amendment to By-law 3037, as amended, is deemed necessary;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY' ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. TEXT AMEN[~MENT
Section 6 of By-law 3037, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following subsection:
6.1.5.10 Part Lot 3, Concession 6 (Part 1, ¢0R-12559)
Notwithstanding the lot frontage provisions of Section 6.2.1,
Section 6.2.2, Section 6.2.# and Section 6.2.5 of this By-law, the
minimum lot frontage provision for the lands hatched on Schedule I
to By-law 3450/90 attached hereto shall be #6.6 metres.
2. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule I to By-law 2623/87 is hereby amended by changing from "A" to "CLRT" the
zone designation of the lands hatched on Schedule II attached hereto.
3. BY-LAW 3037
By-law 3037~ as amended, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to give
effect to the provisions of this By-law as it applies to the areas set out in Schedule [ and
Schedule II attached hereto. Definitions and sub}ect matters not specifically dealt with
in this By-law shall be governed by the relevant provisions of By-law 3037, as amended.

#. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
