BY-LAW NO. 3443 /90
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 19,
Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 6,
Plan 40R-8258, as public highway (Brock Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot
19, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 6, Plan 40R-8258, which it desires to
dedicate as public highway, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302,
S.298;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 19, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 6, Plan
40R-8258 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Brock Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of April,
1990.
