BY-LAW NO. 3441 /90
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws
308/75, 382/76 and 3342/89, respecting Lots 1-3,
6-15, 18-21, 25-29, 33-43, 46-59, 61-87, 90-103,
107, 111-114, 116, 117, 119-127, 129 and 131-133,
Plan M-1025, Pickering.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49{7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 308175, 382/76 and 3342/89 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of April,
1990.
