BY-LAW NO. 3425/90
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
1709/83, respecting Lots 1-7, 20-23, 37-41 and
Blocks 51 and 60, Plan 40M-1267, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1709/83 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of March,
1990.
