Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer
from The Corporation of the Town of Pickering to
Antonio and Francesco Cavallo of that part of Block 77,
Plan 40M-1500, Picker#~g, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-12778.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block 77, Plan
40M-1500, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12778; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 222/89, item 13, dated October 16, 1989, approved the request of Antonio and
Francesco Cavallo to move a portion of a fence surrounding Town parkland and the transfer of a parcel
of land to them;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of land in the form attached
hereto as Schedule A by which The Corporation of the Town of Picketing will transfer to
Antonio and Francesco Cavallo, as abutting owners, that part of Block 77, Plan 40M-1500,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12778, for the nominal sum of $1.00.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of June, 1991.
