BY-LAW NO.3050 /89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws
365/76, 377/76 and 498/76, respecting Lots 1-5,
17-38, 77, 78, 84-88, 94-104, 121-139, 155-161,
177-188 and 197-202, Plan M-1057, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983,
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 365/76, 377/76 and 498/76 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
February, 1989.
