person.

That Council move into closed session in accordance with the provisions of Section
239(3.1) of the Municipal Act and the Procedure By-law, for the purpose of educating and
training Members of Council.

That Council rise from the closed session of Council.

Mayor Ashe stated that during the closed portion of the meeting, Council received
education and training as it relates to an overview of the City’s ethical framework,
Committee and Council Meetings, procedures, and administrative matters. No
decisions were considered or made by Council during this Meeting
