Committee of the Whole Report
COW 2002-11
That the Committee of the Whole of the City of Pickering having met on December 9,
2002 presents its eleventh report to Council:
1.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE REPORT CAO 10-02
TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR
PICKERING'S GROWTH MANAGEMENT STUDY
1. That Pickering Council receive Report Number CAO 10-02 concerning the
Terms of Reference for Pickering's Growth Management Study;
2. That Pickering Council endorse the draft Terms of Reference for the Growth
Management Study, as outlined in Appendix I to Report Number CAO 10-02,
and authorize staff to issue a Request for Proposals in accordance with the
City's purchasing policy and procedures; and
3. That the City Clerk forward for information a copy of Report Number CAO 10-
02 to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, the Region of Durham,
the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, and members of the Working
Group.
