BY-LAW NO, 3621/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 54 and 56, Plan
40M-1628, Pickering, as public highway (Regal
Crescent/Darwin Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 54 and 56 and wishes to
dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 54, Plan 40M-1628, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Darwin Drive).
2. Block 56, Plan 40M-1628, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Regal Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time m~d finally passed this 17th day of December, 1990.
