BY-LAW NO. 3616/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 118, Plan 40M-1473,
Pickering as public highway (Napanee Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 118, Plan 40M-1473,
Picketing, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickerh~g HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 118, Plan 40M-1473, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Napanee Road).
BY-LAW read a fixst, second and third time and finally passed this 10th day of December, 1990.
