BY-LAW NUMBER 3612/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 55/74
prohibiting heavy traffic on Old Brock Road
Whereas pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
c.302, s.210.117, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following:
HIGHWAY FROM TO
Old Brock Road southerly intersection Central Street
with Brock Road (Regional Road #5)
(Regional Road #1)
2. By-law 3575/90 is hereby repealed.
3. This by-law shall not come into force unless it is approved b.y the
Council of The Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the
Regional Municipality of Durham Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.434, s.40.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 4th day
of March , 1991.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

by adding the following:

2. By-law 3575/90 is hereby repealed.

BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 4th day
