BY-LAW NO. 3610/90
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
3353/89 respecting Block G, Plan M-1162, Pickering.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter
the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by4aw;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 3353/89 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a fa:st, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of December, 1990.
