Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
a Site Plan Agreement respecting that part of Lot 19,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-lO00; (Bulk Carriers Limited),
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and Bulk
Carriers Limited dated April 12, 1973 and registered on August 17, 1973, as Instrument No. 243599;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated April 12, 1973 and registered August 17, 1973 as
Instrument No. 243599, between The Corporation of the Town of Picketing and Bulk Carriers
Limited.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and f'mally passed this 3rd day of December, 1990.

related to an Agreement dated April 12, 1973 and registered as Instrument No. 243599 on August 17,
1973 between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
BULK CARRIERS LIMITED
concerning that pan of Lot 19, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Pan 1, Plan 40R-1000.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto affixed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 3rd day of Decemher, 1990.
