BY-LAW NUMBER 3603/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 2359/87
to prohibit parking on Picketing Parkway
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal
property; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on Pickering Parkway in
the Town of Picketing;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Pickering Parkway North From lO0 metres east See Note 1
and South to lO0 metres west of
Valley Farm Road
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 3rd day
of December , 1990.

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on Picketing Parkway in
the Town of Picketing;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Picketing Parkway North From 100 metres east See Note 1
and South to 100 metres west of
Valley Farm Road
