BY-LAW NUMBER 3602/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75 to
establish a speed limit on local roads
Whereas By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on various
local roads;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
Hereby Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 264/75, is hereby amended by adding the
following:
From To
Amberlea Road Highview Road Napanee Road
Kinsale Road Highway #7 One Kilomaetre north
of Highway #7
Oklahoma Drive West Shore Blvd Breezy Drive
2. Schedule "B" of By-law 264/75 is hereby amended by adding the
following:
From To
Balsam Road Concession 5 Road Highway #7
(Sideline 4)
3. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and Passed this 3rd day of
December, 1990.
