BY-LAW NUMBER 3601/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 506/76 to
provide for the erection of "Stop" signs
at certain intersections within the Town
of Pickering
WHEREAS By-law 506/76 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certa(n
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to further amend By-law 506/76 to provide for a
stop signs at the intersections of $ilverthorn Square and Deerbrook Drive,
Heathside Crescent and Longbow Drive and Parkside Drive and Aspen Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 506/76, as amended, is hereby further amended by
inserting the following:
Silverthorn Square and Deerbrook Drive Northbound on Deerbrook Drive
and southbound on Silverthorn
Square
Heathside Crescent and Longbow Drive Northbound on Heathside Crescent
(East Intersection)
Heathside Crescent and Longbow Drive Westbound on Longbow Drive
(West Intersection)
Parkside Drive and Aspen Road Northbound and southbound on
(easterly juncture) Parkside Drive and eastbound and
westbound on Aspen Road
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the
effect are erected.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this 3rd day of December,
1990.
