BY-LAW NUMBER 3599/90
Being a Zoning By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 2511, as amended, to
implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickerlng District Planning Area, Region of
Durham, in Part of Lot 18, Concession 1, in the Town of Pickering. (A 45/89)
WHEREAS by Order dated September 6, 1989, the Ontario Municipal Board, under its Files
0880186, O 880187, and Z 880233, amended By-law 2511, as amended, to permit the
development of a funeral home on the subject lands being Part of Lot 18, Concession 1 in the
Town of Pickering (By-law 3572/90);
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to zone additional lands for funeral home uses;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule I to By-law 3572/90 is hereby revoked, and Schedule A to this By-law is hereby
substituted therefor.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 3d DAY OF December ,1990.
