BY-LAW NO. 3584/90
Being a by-law to change the name of Quartz Drive in
Plan 40M-1552, Pickering, to Silicone Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, section 210.105, the council of a
local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of highways on public
property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Quartz Drive in Plan 40M-1552, Pickering, is hereby renamed "Silicone Drive".
2. This by-law shall take effect upon the registration of a certified copy hereof in the Land Titles
Office for the Registry Division of Durhmn.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 5th day of November, 1990.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 3rd day of December, 1990.
