Being a by-law to name those parts of Lot 27,
Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2,
Plan 40R-13226 (Regal Crescent/Darwin Drive).
WHEREAS those parts of Lot 27, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Parts I and 2, Plan
40R-13226, have been dedicated as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 27, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-13226, is hereby
named "Regal Crescent".
2. That part of Lot 27, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-13226, is hereby
named "Darwin Drive".
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of November, 1990.
