Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release
and Quit Claim of Part Lots 20-24, Concession 3; Part
Lot 22, Concession 2; Part Road Allowances between
Concessions 2 a~ut 3, between Lots 20 and 21,
Concession 3 and between Lots 22 and 23, Concession 3,
Pickering (Parts I-6, Plan 40R-I0979), excluding Parts
2-4, Plan 40R-5988, in favour of The Municipality of
Metropolitan Toronto.
WHEREAS The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto has requested that The Corporation of the Town
of Pickefin$ release and quit claim any interest it may have in Part Lots 20-24, Conc~ssion 3; part Lot
22, Concession 2; Part Road Allowances between Concessions 2 and 3, between Lots 20 and 21,
Concession 3 and between Lots 22 and 23, Concession 3, Picketing (Parts 1-6, Plan 40R-10979),
excluding Parts 2-4, Plan 40R-5988, in favour of The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, and
pursuant to the provisions of section 193 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the Council of
TI~ Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass by-laws for disposing of interests in lands;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Quit Claim, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, by which The Corporation of the Town of Picketing releases
and quit claims any interest it may have in Pat~ Lots 20-24, Concession 3; Part Lot 22,
Concession 2; Par~ Road Allowances between Concessions 2 and 3, between Lots 20 and 21,
Concession 3 and between Lots 22 and 23, Concession 3, Picketing (Parts 1.6, Plan
40R~I0979), excluding Paths 2-4, Plan 40R-5988, in favour of The Municipality of
Metropolitan Toronto.
BY-LAW read a fa'st, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of November, 1990.

interest, claim and demand whatsoever in the lands described in Box (6), above, except for any right
or claim which The Corporation of The Town of Picketing may have with respect to that part of the
lands described in Box (6) designated as Parts 2, 3 and 4, Plan 40R-5988.
