BY-LAW NUMBER 3562/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75 to
establish the speed limit on Rosebank Road
at 40 kilometres per hour
WHEREAS By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Rosebank
Road at 40 kilometres (25 miles) per hour;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" of By-law 264/75, is hereby amended by adding the
following:
Highway From To
Rosebank Road Kingston Road Sheppard Avenue
2. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 1st day of
Dctober, 1990.

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF pICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 3662/9
Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting heavy
traffic on Halsey Lane and Rigby Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, ss.210.117, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic
on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further mnended by adding thereto the
following items:
Halsey Lane and Rigby Drive
2. This By-law shall not come huo force unless it is approved by the Council of The Regional
Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipaffty of Durham Act, R.S.O. 1980,
c.434, s.40.
