BY-LAW NUMBER 3559/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
establish a three-way stop at the inter-
section of Riverview Crescent and Fawndale
Road
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to establish a
three-way stop at the intersection of Riverview Crescent and Fawndale Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended
by deleting:
Item Intersections Facing Traffic
81(a) Riverview Crescent Eastbound and westbound on Riverview
(northerly leg) and Crescent and northbound and
Fawndale Road southbound on Fawndale Road
and substituting the following therefor:
81(a) Riverview Crescent Eastbound on Riverview Crescent and
(northerly leg) and northbound and southbound on
Fawndale Road Fawndale Road
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 1st day
of Octol~e.r , 1990.
