BY-LAW NUMBER 3558/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating Denby Drive as a through
highway
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate Denby
Drive as a through highway;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting the following:
COLUMN I COLUMN II
Highway From T__9_o
Hoover Drive Twyn Rivers Drive Fawndale Road
and substituting the following therefor:
COLUMN I COLUMN II
Highway From To
Hoover Drive Twyn Rivers Drive Littleford Street
Hoover Drive Littleford Street Fawndale Road
and adding the following:
COLUMN I COLUMN II
Highway ~.rom T__9o
Denby Drive Major Oaks Road Dellbrook Avenue
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 1st day
of October , 1990.
