BY-LAW NO, 3551/90
Being a by-law to exempt Block 10, Plan 40M-1602,
Pickering~ from part lot control
WHEREAS pursuant, to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983,
chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act
does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply to the
lands described as follow:
Block 10, Plan 40M-1602, Pickering.
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipality of
Durham.
