BY-LAW NO, 3548/90
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 25, Concession
2, Pickering designated as Pans 1 and 2, Plan 40R-8002 as
public highway (Benton CrescenO.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 25,
Concession 2, Picketing designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-8002 which it desires to dedicate
as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Thoseparts of Lot 25, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan
40R-8002, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Benton Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of September,
1990.
