BY-LAW NO, 3543/90
Being a by-law to establish part of Lot 10, Plan M-917,
Pickering~ as public highway (all except Part 1, Plan
40R-12660; Bayview Avenue).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Lot 10, Plan M-917,
P!ckering, and .wis.hes. to establish a part thereof (all except Part 1, Plan 40R-12660) as public
highway under its jurisdiction, pursuant to subsection 298(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
c.302;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Lot 10, Plan M-917, Pickering, except that part thereof, designated as., Part 1, Plan
40R-12660, is hereby established as public highway under the jurisdiction of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing (Bayview Avenue).
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until it is approved by the Minister of Municipal
Affairs pursuant to subsection 306(2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of September,
1990.
