BY-LAW NO, 3535/90
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block 13, Plan
40M-1602, Pickering designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12634
as public highway (Bainbridge Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Block 13,
Plan 40M-1602, Pickering designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12634 which it desires to dedicate as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block 13, Plan 40M-1602, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12634, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Bainbridge Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this/8~h 'day of August, 1990.
