B~e. ing.a by-law to dedicate Block 11, Plan 40M-1604,
Pickenng, as public highway (Toynevale Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 11, Plan
40M-1604, Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 11, Plan 40M-1604, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Toynevale
Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed thi day of August, 1990.
