BY-LAW NO. 3532./90
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 48 and 49, Plan
40M-1600, Pickering, as public highway (Liverpool Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 48 and 49, Plan
40M-1600, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 48 and 49, Plan 40M-1600, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Liverpool Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed thi¥8~h day of August, 1990.
