BY-LAW NO. 3531/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 219 and 220, Plan
40M-1499, Pickering, as public highway (Bainbridge Drive,
Burnside Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 219 and 220,
Plan 40M-1499, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 219, Plan 40M-1499, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Bainbridge
Drive).
2. Block 220, Plan 40M-1499, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Burnside
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this/lffh day of August, 1990.
