BY-LAW NO. 3530/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 27, Plan 40M-1479,
Pickering, as public highway (Duncannon Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 27, Plan
40M-1479, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 27, Plan 40M-1479, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Duncannon
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this/~h day of August, 1990.
