BY-LAW NO. 3529
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 31, Plan 40M-1449,
Pickeringo as public highway (Waterford Gate).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 31, Plan
40M-1449, Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. Block 31, Plan 40M-1449, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Waterford
Gate).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this?~fh day of August, 1990.
