BY-LAW NO. 3528/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 27, 28, 29 and 30, Plan
40M-1423, Picketing, as public highway (Femcliff Circle,
Forest Park Drive, Linwood StreeO.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 27, 28, 29 and
30, Plan 40M-1423, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 27, Plan 40Mo1423, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Ferncliff
Circle).
2. Block 28, Plan 40M-1423, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Forest Park
Drive).
3. Blocks 29 and 30, Plan 40Mo1423, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Linwood Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this,gt/h day of August, 1990.
