BY-LAW NO, 3527/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 26 Plan 40M-1365,
Picketing as public highway (Lydia Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 26, Plan
40M-1365, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 26, Plan 40M-1365, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Lydia
Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed thispth day of August, 1990.
