BY-LAW NO, 3526/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 57, Plan 40M-1267,
Pickering as public highway (Linwood Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 57, Plan
40M-1267, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 57, Plan 40M-1267, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Linwood
Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed thi~/8/h day of August, 1990.
