BY-LAW NQ, 3525/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 42 and 43, Plan M-1210,
Picketing, as public highway (Parkdale Street, Linwood
Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 42 and 43, Plan
M-1210, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 42, Plan M-1210, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Parkdale
Street).
2. Block 43, Plan M-1210, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Linwood
Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this~8(h day of August, 1990.
