Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 115 and 116, Plan
M-1189, Pickering, as public highway (Moorelands
Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 115 and 116,
Plan M-1189, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 115 and 116, Plan M-1189, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Moorelands Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this~gth day of August, 1990.
