BY-LAW NO, 3514/90
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release and
Discharge of the Subdivision ~tgreement respecting Plans
40M-1321 and 40M-1323, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.1, s.50, or apredecessor thereof,
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing and Bramalea Limited enteredinto an Agreement
dated January 16, 1984, Notice of which was registered on September 12, 1984 as Instrument
No. LT214791, respecting the subdivision and development of Plan 40M-1321, Picketing, and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Discharge, in the
form attached hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement dated January 16, 1984, Notice of
which was registered September 12, 1984 as Instrument No. LT214791 between Bramalea
Limited andThe Corporation of the Town of Pickering, respecting the subdivision and
development of Plan 40M-1321, Pickering.
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.

RELEASE AND DISCHARGE
WHEREAS the Agreement dated January 16, 1984, Notice of which was registered September
12, 1984, in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
Instrument No. LT214791, between,
BRAMALEA LIMITED
hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
- and -
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town",
provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby; and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town with respect to the lands affected hereby;
THE TOWN HEREBY remises, releases and forever discharges the Company, its successors and
assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts, claims or demands of any kind
whatsoever which the Company may have been, is, or may become subject to pursuant to the
provisions of the Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as:
Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, Blocks 9 to 18, inclusive, Plan 40M-1321 and Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, Blocks
11 to 15, inclusive, Plan 40M-1323, all in the Town of Pickering, Regional Municipality of
Durham.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to by its
properly authorized officers.
