BY-LAW NO, 3506/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2911/88 to delete the
holding symbol and related text therefrom.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, sections
34 and 35, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted on August 10,
1989, Zoning By-law 2911/88, rezoning certain lands in Lot 29, Concession 1, Pickerln~ g and
imposing a holding symbol thereon; and
WHEREAS the preconditions set out in section 5(2) of By-law 2911/88 to an amendment to
remove the holding symbol have been met;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Paragraph 5(1)(a)B a~d subsection 5(2) of By-law 2911/88, amending Restricted Area
(Zoning) By-law 3036, are hereby repealed.
2. Schedule I to By-law 2911/88 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding symbol
preceding the use designation "RMI-3/DN(3)" thereon.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this.fifth day of August, 1990.
