BY-LAW NUMBER 3504/90
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
2359/87 (Parking) with respect to
permit parking.
Whereas it is deemed expedient to repeal the permit parking
regulations as it pertains to those roads in the Village East
subdivision with the exception of Denmar Road;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subsection 2 of section 13 of By-law Number 2359/87 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
(a) Alwin Circle
(c) Dreyber Court
(d) Geta Circle
(e) Jaywin Circle
(f) Portland Court
By-law passed a first second and third time and finally passed this
25th day of June, 1990.
