BY-LAW NO. 3495 /90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416//82, providing for the
regulation and licensing of places of amusement on
Riverview Crescent and Fawndale Road.
WHEREAS, on January 18th, 1982, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
enacted By-Law 1416/82 to provide for the regulation and licensing of places of amusement;
and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend that By-Law in certain respects;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto the following item:
Riverview Crescent and Fawndale Road
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of June, 1990.
