BY-LAW NO. 3493 /90
Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting heavy
traffic on Rivemiew Crescent and Fawndale Road.
WHEREA. S, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.210.117,
the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting
hea~ traffic on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto
the fo/lowing items:
Riverview Crescent and Fawndale Road
2. This By-law s.hall .n. ot come into force unless it is approved by the Council of The
Regional Mumcipahty of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipality of Durham Act,
R.S.O. 1980, c.434, s.40.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of June, 1990.
