BY-LAW NO, 3490/90
Being a bydaw to dedicate those parts of Lot 30, Concession
1, Pickering designated as Parts 6 and7, Plan 40R-I1443
and Part 7, Plan 40R-11970 as public highway (Rosebank
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 30,
Concession 1, Pickering designated as Parts 6 and 7, Plan 40R-11443 and Part 7, Plan
40R-11970 which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 30, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 6 and 7, Plan
40R-11443 and Part 7, Plan 40R-I1970, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18 day of I une ,1990.
